Start with what the business needs to do. We assess the proposed jurisdiction and coordinate the formation and supporting work agreed in your scope.
What the engagement can cover
- Entity choice and an assessment of the intended activity, ownership and management.
- Formation coordination, company records and the local provider arrangements specified in the quote.
- A separate scope for banking, tax registration, licensing, accounting and residence where needed.
Only the work expressly included in your written scope forms part of the engagement.
Tax and management in Czechia
Czech-resident corporate taxpayers generally have worldwide income liability; nonresident Czech-source and PE exposure remain separate.
Place of management is the place from which the taxpayer is directed. Foreign incorporation does not negate Czech management; treaty dual residence and PE are separate questions.
Read the corporate tax guideWhat you receive
- An agreed setup scope with responsibilities and dependencies.
- Formation records delivered by the relevant provider after successful registration.
- A handover identifying recurring obligations, providers and renewal responsibilities.
Setup process & timing
We confirm the expected timeline after the entity, jurisdiction, documents and dependencies have been assessed. Bank approval and additional licences can follow different schedules.
01Confirm the fit and scopeBefore payment and filing
Review the intended activity, owner-country consequences, available entity and practical provider requirements. Agree the costs and included work.
02Prepare the formation fileAfter requirements are confirmed
Complete ownership and identity information, company details and any translations, certifications or approvals required by the filing route.
03Register and establish operationsAuthority and provider dependent
Submit through the agreed local provider. Coordinate separately scoped registration, licensing, address, management and banking work in the correct order.
04Handover and ongoing administrationAfter the agreed setup milestones
Deliver the company records and identify the deadlines, record owners, recurring fees and continuing provider relationships.
Costs to budget for
The quote separates our service fee from government charges, local-provider fees and any additional work. No standard public price is shown until the scope is confirmed.
Initial setup
Formation, registrations, certification, translation and agreed implementation work.
Recurring costs
Local address or agent, administration, accounts, returns, licences and any genuine management arrangement.
Separate workstreams
Banking, residence, tax analysis, legal opinions and regulated-activity permissions where required.
Why work with us
- Jurisdiction-agnostic planning: the country must fit the business and owner, rather than the other way around.
- Company, banking, management, payment and residence work can be considered together.
- The agreed implementation has a team coordinating its dependencies and handover.
Prepare for an inquiry
- Describe the business activity, customer markets and where the work takes place.
- Identify the owners, their tax residence and the people who will make company decisions.
- Explain expected currencies, payment flows, staffing and any regulated activities.
Things to watch out for
- Incorporation does not establish where every part of the business is taxable. The owner’s residence, real management and where people work remain relevant.
- A company certificate does not guarantee a bank account, payment processor, operating licence or residence permit. Resolve those dependencies before committing to the structure.
- Consider the cost of maintaining the company and extracting profits, not just the registration fee.
The available formation route and local provider scope are assessed before we accept the engagement. This page is an inquiry route, not an instant incorporation offer.
